Individuals aged 65 and older and those with disabilities can apply for a Regional Reduced Fare Permit. This ID card enables discounted rides on fixed-route buses across the Puget Sound Region.

- To qualify for a Regional Reduced Fare Permit, individuals must provide proof of one or more of the following: 1. At least 65 years old. 2. Currently eligible for SSD or receiving SSI due to disability. 3. Certified by the VA with a disability rating of 40% or higher. 4. Possess a valid Medicare card from the SSA. 5. Hold a valid Regional ADA Paratransit card. 6. Have a valid ADA Paratransit card from outside the region (temporary). 7. Be enrolled in a vocational career program through the Washington State Individual Education Program (IEP) (temporary). 8. Fulfill specific medical criteria as outlined in the application packet.
