Eligible pet owners can obtain financial support for their pets' medical needs at participating veterinary clinics that accept vouchers, but this aid does not cover outstanding bills or routine services.
Intake Procedure: Applicants must call to qualify over the phone.
Fees: There are no fees; however, donations are appreciated.
