This initiative provides complimentary and extensive dental care to individuals with disabilities, seniors, and those who are medically fragile and cannot afford necessary dental services or obtain public assistance. It operates through a network of volunteer dentists and dental laboratories throughout the United States, including participating dentists in Erie County.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should fill out an online application at the following URL: https://dentallifeline.org/donated-dental-services-dds-application/. For those without internet access, they can contact Ashley Johnson, DDS Program Support Assistant, to request a mailed application.
Fees: No cost.
