This program provides support to low-income Medicare recipients by helping them cover their Medicare Part A and Part B premiums. Additionally, DSHS covers co-pays and deductibles for Medicare beneficiaries with very low income.
Intake Procedure: To apply, you can call, visit the website, or go to any Community Service Office (CSO).
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Residents of Washington state who are Medicare recipients and have an income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for maximum assistance; those needing Part B premium help must be at or below 135%, and individuals with disabilities seeking Part A assistance must be at 200%.
