This program assists low-income Medicare recipients in covering their Medicare Part A and Part B premiums, including co-pays and deductibles for those with very limited income.
Application Process: You can apply by calling, visiting the website, or going to any Community Service Office (CSO).
Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Residents of Washington state who receive Medicare and have incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for the most support. For assistance with the Part B premium, individuals must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, while Part A premium assistance is available for individuals with disabilities earning up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
