This program provides financial support to low-income Medicare recipients for their Medicare Part A and Part B premiums. Additionally, DSHS covers co-pays and deductibles for Medicare beneficiaries with very low income.
Intake Procedure: Applications can be made by calling, visiting the website, or going to any Community Service Office (CSO).
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Residents of Washington state who are enrolled in Medicare and have an income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for the most assistance. For Part B premium assistance, the income must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, while Part A premium assistance is available for individuals with disabilities earning up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
