This service provides complimentary 45-minute consultations focused on civil legal issues. The attorneys at the clinic generally do not offer representation. It caters to low-income individuals residing in East, Northeast, and Southeast King County, but does not extend services to Seattle residents.
Intake Procedure: To initiate, call 2-1-1 for screening. Individuals may also reach out to ELAP directly; walk-ins are not permitted. Spanish speakers can call 425-620-2778. An interpreter service is available via phone for appointments at the clinic.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.

- Residents of East, Northeast, and Southeast King County with an income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level who do not have legal representation.
