Offers complimentary one-hour consultations for guidance on family law matters. Attorneys at the clinic generally do not provide representation. The service is aimed at low-income individuals residing in East, Northeast, and Southeast King County, excluding those living in Seattle.
Intake Procedure: To initiate, call 2-1-1 for screening. Individuals can also reach out to ELAP directly; walk-ins are not permitted. For Spanish assistance, dial 425-620-2778. An interpreter service is available by phone for clients who require language support.
Fees: There are no charges for the services.

- ELAP is available to residents of King County, excluding Seattle, with a household income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level and who do not have legal representation.
