This initiative delivers community-oriented outreach, intake, assessment, and links to services, along with, when suitable, extensive case management and support for treatment and recovery. It caters to both adults and youth facing substance use disorders.
Intake Process: Engage with the local program. Generally, clients are referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the judicial system, but all types of referrals are welcome.
Cost: No fees are charged.
