This initiative provides community-focused intake, evaluation, connection to necessary services, and extensive case management along with treatment and recovery support. It caters to both adults and youth facing substance use disorders. Interested individuals can reach out via phone or email.
Intake Procedure: Engage with the local program. While most clients are referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the judicial system, all types of referrals are welcome.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
