Climate Support is a health-related social need service offered by the Oregon Health Plan, designed to assist individuals in maintaining safety during climate-related events. The covered devices are intended for use exclusively in the member's home or primary residence and may include: -Air conditioners, heaters, and air filters to ensure clean air and appropriate temperatures -Mini refrigerators to preserve medication during power outages -Portable power sources to operate medical equipment like ventilators during outages. Members are eligible for HRSN climate services only once in their lifetime.

- Eligible members must be part of HealthShare/CareOregon CCO and meet criteria including having a qualifying living situation, a health condition that complicates climate events, access to electricity, and the ability to safely use the device.
