This initiative offers affordable housing solutions for residents of Snohomish County who have a disability (whether intellectual, physical, developmental, or related to mental health).
Intake Process: Interested individuals can either call or submit an application online.
Fees: A $25 processing fee is required for those applying to the waitlist.

- Residents of Snohomish County must have a source of income, no history of assaultive behavior in the last six months, and a documented disability.
