This service provides support to Medicare beneficiaries facing complaints, appeals for hospital discharges, and skilled service termination issues.
Intake Process: To receive assistance, please call. A voicemail option is available. Be ready to provide the following details during the call: Name as it appears on the Medicare card and the Medicare number, your address and phone number, date of birth, date of service, and the full name and contact information of the healthcare professional involved.
Cost: There are no fees for these services.
