Intake Procedure: Visit the website to access the online intake form. If you are unable to use the form, you can call and leave a message with your name, phone number, and a brief overview of your legal issue. If you require an interpreter, please specify the language needed. A Legal Clinic Scheduler will contact you to finalize the intake screening process. Clients should bring or email any relevant documents to their appointment and prepare several questions to ask the attorney.
