Offers a searchable, real-time platform featuring comprehensive listings of housing options, including those specifically for seniors in King County.
Intake Procedure: Go to the website, select "Find A Home," then "KCHA Housing Search," and scroll down to click on the "Emphasys Software" link. To access advanced search options, click on "View the new public listing service here"; this will display a list of King County cities in alphabetical order. After choosing a city, a Basic search box will appear, and the Advanced search tab is located to the right of the Basic tab. Many users prefer to utilize two options in the advanced search: under "Optional Filters," they can exclude Senior Housing Options, and under "Other Search Options," they can exclude properties on the Wait List.
