This program provides home-based support for school readiness, early literacy, and parenting to low-income families in specific Seattle neighborhoods with toddlers aged 16-30 months.

Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Eligible participants are low-income families with children aged 16-48 months, including those who are homeless, in foster care, or receiving SNAP, TANF, or SSI, with income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level, prioritized by need, residing in specific Seattle areas.
