The waitlist is currently CLOSED as of June 5, 2012. This program provides rental assistance to low-income families, allowing them to find their own housing in accordance with HUD and Housing Authority regulations.
Intake Procedure: The waitlist remains closed since June 5, 2012.
Fees: Clients are required to pay between 30% and 40% of their adjusted gross monthly income towards rent, while the Housing Authority covers its share directly to the landlord.
