Intake Process: Call and leave a voicemail, clearly stating your name, contact details, and the type of assistance needed. Volunteers will listen to the messages and reach out to those requesting help, typically within 24-48 hours. Assistance is provided at the caller's home, eliminating the need to visit an office. If they cannot fulfill the request, volunteers will offer information about other local agencies.
Fees: There are no charges for the services.
