Climate Support is a health-related social need (HRSN) service available through the Oregon Health Plan, designed to ensure safety during climate events. The devices covered under HRSN Climate Supports are intended for use exclusively in the member's home or primary residence and may include: -Air conditioners, heaters, and air filters for maintaining clean air and comfortable temperatures -Mini refrigerators to store medications during power outages -Portable power supplies to run medical equipment, such as ventilators, during outages. Members can access HRSN climate services only once in their lifetime.
