This program assists veterans facing homelessness or the threat of it with their utility deposits or overdue bills.

- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and must be U.S. military veterans with an honorable discharge or one that is not dishonorable. They should have served a minimum of 180 days and provide evidence of homelessness or the risk of becoming homeless.
