This program reimburses landlords for necessary move-in upgrades, covers up to 14 days of rent loss, and compensates for damages caused by tenants. Tenants must be beneficiaries of a housing subsidy.

Claim Submission: Claims can be submitted through the website.

Costs: The first $500 of repairs will not be reimbursed for expenses incurred before the tenant moves in. For repair reimbursements, claims must be a minimum of $500, and unlike pre-move-in costs, the initial $500 can be claimed.
