This program offers vocational rehabilitation services to eligible workers who have been injured. To apply, individuals must obtain the application from the hospital or doctor's office where they first received treatment. Applications should be submitted within one year from the date of the injury.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can sign up by calling or visiting in person.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
