This program provides unemployment insurance benefits for individuals who choose to leave their jobs due to domestic violence or stalking. It is necessary to enroll in Washington's Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) prior to applying for benefits either online or via phone.
Intake Procedure: Individuals should call the main line and can only apply online after they have registered for ACP. It is advised to call right after leaving the job.
Fees: There are no fees associated.

- Those who have left their employment due to domestic violence or stalking are required to seek new work and make at least one job search contact each week.
