This service facilitates phone relay communication for users of amplified, Internet, telebraille, teletype (TTY/TDD), video, and standard telephones. Most clients are individuals who are deaf, deaf-blind, hard of hearing, or have speech challenges. To access the service, dial 7-1-1.
Intake Procedure: Simply call. For any issues or feedback regarding the service, reach out to Relay Customer Service and provide the Communications Assistant number along with the time and date of the call.
Fees: The relay service is free of charge; however, standard charges may apply for long-distance calls.
