This initiative provides ongoing energy assistance and crisis support to low-income households in Summit, Utah, and Wasatch Counties. It operates annually from October 1 to September 30 and includes limited support for water and cooling payments. Additionally, it offers crisis assistance when a household receives a 48-hour shutoff notice or is close to running out of deliverable fuel due to unforeseen circumstances that hinder their ability to cover heating expenses.

- -The applicant must be responsible for the utility bills. -Household income must not exceed 150% of the federal poverty level for the month preceding the application (an income chart is available on the website). -At least one member of the household must be a U.S. citizen or a qualified non-citizen.

- Income Verification — Proof of ALL income received by household members in the month prior to the month of application.; Proof of eligible medical expenses, child support and alimony paid in the month prior to application.
