This initiative provides eligible customers with cost-effective high-speed internet services without contracts, data caps, or hidden charges. New applicants can fill out an online form and choose from two options: Spectrum Internet Assist, which offers 50-Mbps high-speed internet, parental controls, a Security Suite, and an internet modem for $25 monthly, with potential discounts reducing the price to $15; or Spectrum Internet Advantage, which provides 100-Mbps high-speed internet, parental controls, a Security Suite, and an internet modem for $30 each month for the first year. Current users of Spectrum Internet Assist may also be eligible for additional benefits. For those who prefer to apply by mail, a downloadable PDF form is available (in English and Spanish).
