The initiative collaborates with child care providers who cater to children needing additional support. It delivers technical assistance, consultation, financial aid, and professional development to foster and maintain inclusive care. Inclusive Partners partners with ODHS Self-Sufficiency to manage the High Needs program, which assists families with children who have greater needs and are receiving child care subsidies through ERDC or JOBS/TANF. Eligibility for child care assistance is determined by local ODHS workers, not by Inclusive Partners staff. The Inclusive Partners team conducts the High Needs Rate Determination Assessment within the child care environment to assess the child’s specific rate and the provider's needs for consultation and technical assistance.
