The Home Energy Assistance Target (HEAT) program offers federally funded support to assist qualifying individuals and families in covering elevated energy expenses, both electric and natural gas, during the winter and summer seasons. This program remains accessible throughout the entire year.

- Residents with low income may receive assistance once per program year if their total household income is at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level, they are responsible for energy costs, and at least one member is a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
