This initiative facilitates support group interactions for individuals experiencing visual, physical, and mental disabilities, along with their family members. The groups focus on themes such as healthy relationships, low vision, wellness recovery action plans (WRAP) aimed at promoting healthy aging and living, women's anxiety, therapy and mental wellness, as well as youth-oriented discussions.

- Residents of Cache, Box Elder, and Rich Counties can access these services. Individuals of any age with physical, sensory, cognitive, or mental disabilities are encouraged to join the Center's activities. While some services may require economic need for eligibility, the majority of independent living programs and services are available to all individuals with disabilities at no charge.
