This program focuses on delivering casework to assist clients with visual, physical, and mental disabilities in obtaining essential support, with case plans tailored to individual needs.

- Residents of Cache, Box Elder, and Rich Counties are eligible for services. Individuals of all ages with physical, sensory, cognitive, or mental disabilities can engage in Center activities. While some services require economic need for eligibility, the majority of independent living programs are accessible to all individuals with disabilities at no charge.
