- Residents of Cache, Box Elder, and Rich Counties can access services. Individuals of any age with physical, sensory, cognitive, or mental disabilities are encouraged to engage in Center activities. While some services may require proof of economic need, the majority of independent living programs are free for all individuals with disabilities.
