This program facilitates support group interactions for individuals with various disabilities and their families, covering topics such as healthy relationships, low vision, wellness recovery, women's anxiety, therapy, mental health, and youth.

- Participants must have a documented disability; individuals of all ages with physical, sensory, cognitive, or mental disabilities are welcome to join the Center's activities. While some services depend on financial need, most independent living programs and services are accessible to all individuals with disabilities at no charge.
