Sorenson Legacy Foundation Center For Clinical Excellence

This program provides rehabilitation counseling aimed at supporting individuals with physical, mental, developmental, cognitive, and emotional disabilities in achieving their personal, career, and independent living objectives. It caters to both adolescents and adults facing psychosocial and psychological challenges linked to chronic illnesses, disabilities, and other life adjustment pressures. Services are accessible in person or through telehealth across Utah.
