The Family Place Utah - Smithfield

This service offers emergency shelter for children facing potential abuse or neglect, as well as those whose parents are in crisis. Children can remain in the facility for a maximum of 72 hours. Those taken from harmful situations will stay until suitable arrangements are finalized. Additionally, the program provides scheduled weekly two-hour breaks for temporary care, typically lasting around six months, and 'Date Night' care on Saturdays from 5 to 9 PM, both of which require prior scheduling and may have a waitlist.
