This process aims to ensure that children feel secure and at ease during interviews about suspected abuse. It employs audio and video technology to document the session for evidence, reducing the necessity for multiple interviews. A multi-disciplinary team manages the interview process and evaluates the needs of both the children and their families for additional support services.
