This initiative provides both online and in-person employment assistance through tailored one-on-one coaching and Active Job Search group sessions. It includes webinars, videos, and online workshops, as well as a "Find a Better Job" course that spans from 2 days to 12 weeks, focusing on resume and CV writing, crafting cover letters, interview success, and workplace effectiveness. Additionally, it offers access to computers and the internet for job applications and online employment resources.
