The Vehicle Repair and Replacement Program (VRRAP) offers financial support to residents of Davis County or vehicles that are regularly used within the county. This initiative assists with the repair or replacement of vehicles that fail to meet current emissions standards.
Intake Procedure: Applications can be submitted online at: https://daviscountyutah.gov/health/environmental-health-division/services/VRRAP

- Applicants must have an income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, have failed an emissions test without tampering evidence, and the vehicle must be registered or regularly operated in Davis County, registered in Utah within the last 12 months, under the owner's name, and be a model year 2004 or newer.
