The prenatal classes encompass topics such as pregnancy, labor and delivery, newborn care, the parent-child relationship, breastfeeding, and safety. These classes are conducted online via Brighcourse. Participants are required to complete paperwork while viewing the lessons and engage in online homework. For each class completed, participants earn points that can be redeemed for items like diapers and baby clothing. Additionally, those who complete 10 classes will receive a complimentary infant car seat and a monthly supply of prenatal vitamins for each month they continue in the program.
