Group homes offer staff support during evenings, mornings, and overnight for individuals needing intensive medical or specialized care. These homes are situated in Box Elder, Davis, Weber, Salt Lake, Utah, Iron, and Washington Counties. They provide supervised living arrangements in either small homes or apartments, with the possibility of up to 24-hour supervision and assistance. Additionally, Supported Community Living services offer hourly support in clients' residences, available in Provo, St. George, and Cedar City. Although Richfield lacks group homes, it does provide supported living options, with services contingent on funding.

- Individuals must have a documented disability; the program serves all ages with conditions like mental retardation, autism, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, or other developmental disabilities, as defined by the Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD).
