Central Utah Counseling Center - Nephi

This service delivers mental health evaluations and treatment options, such as assessments, counseling, and psychiatric services. The intake process lasts approximately 2 hours, and minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian. For patients with a Traditional Medicaid card, the center can assist with transportation costs or provide rides to and from therapy appointments, including picking up children from school.
