This program offers speech therapy and special needs services to children aged 3-5 who are preparing for school, including those with various developmental delays such as speech impairments, learning disabilities, deafness, and other special needs. Note that preschools are not listed on the website.

- Eligible children must be between 3 and 5 years old, reside in Rich County, and meet the disability criteria set by IDEA. Assessments can be conducted at the school or via an external agency.
