This initiative includes a monthly online and quarterly in-person group for men navigating the postpartum period, aimed at improving their capability to assist their partner and newborn by gaining insights into postpartum depression and anxiety. The group focuses on broadening the father's support strategies, optimizing his time with his child, and creating a community of men with shared objectives.
