This clinic delivers essential medical care to uninsured, low-income community members. It offers same-day appointments for various medical issues, adult family medicine, pediatric services, childhood vaccinations, lab tests, minor radiology, women's health, and a diabetes management clinic. Additionally, clinic staff help patients secure prescription medications. However, please note that the clinic does not provide emergency care, prenatal services, dental treatments, or prescriptions for controlled substances.

- Income Verification — One of the following documents: most current tax return, three most recent paycheck stubs, and previous three months of bank statements (Include all pages showing all transactions and deposits), a letter from an employer (if paid in cash), or a religious leader. Must include contact information, amount received monthly, and amount of time employment/assistance was received.; Photo ID
