This initiative provides participants with career and educational development plans, along with coaching aimed at helping those in poverty secure a stable future for themselves and their families. Participants are expected to commit to weekly meetings, formulate a career or educational strategy, and collaborate with career coaches. Completing the program can lead to improvements in income, job stability, access to reliable transportation, education, and home ownership.

- Participants must be at least 18 years old, have stable housing, and not be currently homeless; those with a history of substance abuse or mental health challenges need to have completed 6 months of treatment, must be able to read and write basic English, and must live in Salt Lake County.
