- Youth aged 12–18 are eligible for services if they have been affected by Foster Care, Kinship Care, Bi-Racial Adoption, Poverty, Homelessness/Housing Insecurity, Food Insecurity, or involvement with the Juvenile Justice System, with a focus on those in Foster Care and Kinship Care.
