Participants who meet eligibility criteria may take advantage of a 3:1 savings program, enabling them to save up to $2,500 and receive as much as $7,500 in matching funds, totaling $10,000 to assist in their home purchase. The matched funds must be allocated towards acquiring a first home within a year of program completion, and participants can retain access to their personal savings even if they do not finalize a home purchase.
