Ddi Vantage Early Head Start

This initiative delivers home-based assistance for infants, toddlers, and pregnant women. A trained Family Advocate visits the family's home once a week for ninety minutes to provide enjoyable activities, services, and valuable information. The focus of these visits may include child development, health and safety, nutrition, reading with the child, parent education, prenatal health education, and transportation assistance. During these home visits, the Family Advocate brings activities and resources tailored to the goals established by the family, considering their unique needs and interests. To enhance family health and wellness, the program also offers well-baby check-ups, dental assessments, and immunizations to promote prevention, early detection, and intervention. Additionally, families receive support, information, and referrals to relevant social services to address their needs.
