The workforce development initiative offers various educational resources aimed at assisting adults in obtaining substantial employment, boosting their income potential, and fostering self-sufficiency. Available training programs encompass community interpreter, emergency medical technician (EMT), certified nurses aid (CNA), phlebotomy, limited energy technician, welder, HVAC technician, and heavy equipment operator.

- Participants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, have a driver's license and reliable transportation, demonstrate English proficiency, be physically capable of completing training tasks, pass a drug test, and be a U.S. citizen or hold a work permit.
