This service offers a nationwide telephone relay system that facilitates communication between standard voice telephone users and individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have speech challenges, utilizing relay equipment. When a client dials in, they are connected with a Communications Assistant (CA) who helps establish a link to the desired party. The CA transmits messages back and forth between the client and the other individual, ensuring effective communication.
