This program assists with monthly health insurance premium costs when individuals enroll in an employer's health plan or those under COBRA. UPP offers reimbursements of up to $300 for each adult per month and $180 for each child per month. Additionally, families may receive $20 more per child if they have dental coverage. Reimbursement checks are sent out monthly.

- Serves individuals aged 19–64; adults in this age range must be legal residents or citizens without health insurance who can obtain it through their employer or are currently on COBRA, and they must adhere to specified income guidelines.
